Job Function Responsible for leveraging data analytics to support and enhance recruitment strategies, processes, and decision-making across assigned business units, zones, or hub accounts. Responsibilities Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health) Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to provide data-driven insights for sourcing strategies and candidate selection Conduct predictive analysis to forecast hiring needs and talent availability Design and execute special projects focused on optimizing sourcing channels and recruitment events using data insights Manage feedback loops and reporting systems to continuously improve recruitment performance and candidate experience Qualifications Graduate of bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management & Development At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong exposure to data analytics Proficient in data tools mainly around Excel and Google Sheets. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms with reporting capabilities Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights #J-18808-Ljbffr
