Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Admin Support professional to join our HR team. This role involves providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting day-to-day functions of the team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Assist the HR team with recruitment-related tasks, including scheduling interviews, sending follow-up emails, and maintaining candidate records. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems accurately. Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as required. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees. Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and HR events. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Experience Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR support or related fields. Experience with HR software, ATS systems, or employee management systems is a plus. Working Hours Flexible work-from-home schedule. Expected commitment: 5 days a week, 6–8 hours per day. Occasional availability for urgent tasks or meetings may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic work environments. Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential employee information.
