Overview A Sales Account Specialist is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned accounts. This involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales. Responsibilities Hit targets aligned with the business strategies Following up new leads which involves researching possible clients, setting meetings, and attending corporate events Create a portfolio of new clients won Develop and suggest strategic plans for growth of accounts Retain and build strong bonds with clients Provide excellent customer service to all clients Communicate at a senior level with the internal team to provide excellent solutions to the clients Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the company’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry Qualifications 1 year working in an IT/Engineering field, in the Audio Visual, Security, and Network industry A graduate of any bachelor’s degree is okay Preferably with 2-3 years of work experience Strong customer and communication skills Can work independently and with minimal supervision Demonstrate senior level of negotiation with both internal meetings and with clients Driven to meet and exceed expectations and targets Benefits HMO Coverage Government contributions Allowance Trainings Insurance Company laptop and phone 13th Month Quarterly Bonus/Incentives Company Address Antel 2000 Corporate Center Bldg.
