Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across various industries. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct consultative sales by understanding client challenges and aligning IT solutions to meet business goals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Lead contract negotiations and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging IT solutions to provide value-driven recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (IT industry background not required). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Adaptability and willingness to learn about IT products, services, and solutions.
