Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and drive business growth in the IT solutions space. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who thrives in building client relationships, managing accounts, and negotiating deals. You don’t need to come from an IT background—what matters is your passion for sales and your ability to understand client needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct consultative sales by understanding client challenges and aligning IT solutions to meet business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging IT solutions to provide value-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (IT industry background not required).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about IT products, services, and solutions.
