The District Manager role for North Luzon and Manila at Ever Pharma is responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales people. This includes assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of the sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring sales people and the observance of established company policies, rules and standards applicable to these.
Responsibilities- The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for giving directions to the sales team in order to achieve sales targets. One of the main responsibilities is to analyze the business in each of their assigned territories and identify business opportunities and drivers for growth. The DSM is essential in sales monitoring and Sales Force Efficiency to assure realization of revenues.
- Drives business analyses and regularly monitors the sales potential and development of the assigned area, ensuring that sales targets are regularly achieved.
- Implementation and monitoring of SFE metrics for the district, and ensuring that marketing programs are implemented by the sales team accurately and in a timely manner.
- He/she should maintain an exceptional level of knowledge about Ever Philippines products, their medical/scientific backgrounds and the promotional theme used for these products.
- Leads the team in the organizing and staging of projects and submits a report for each one conducted in the assigned area, as well as in preparing business plans at the start of the year and periodically monitors progress, which includes securing and maintaining the company assets and submitting required reports on time.
- Bachelor's Degree in any reputable university
- Minimum 3 to 5 years solid sales experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, out of which, 3 years' experience as people manager
- Preferably with experience in handling Neurologists/Neurosurgeons and/or Central Nervous System (CNS) franchise
- Excellent English Communication Skills both oral and written
- Well-versed with territory management, quota setting, forecasting territory configuration, good negotiation and analytical skill including excellent presentation and coaching/mentoring skills
