Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warranty Officer - Automotive After-Sales, located in Davao. The Warranty Officer will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing warranty documentation, liaising with service advisors and technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle the day-to-day tasks related to warranty assessments, approvals, and tracking of parts and repair work. The officer will also be required to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and meet performance targets.
