This role is designed for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in managing internal data processes and supporting sales operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate company data, supporting lead generation, and assisting the sales team with reporting and administrative tasks. Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment: Colombian and International Teams. Language: Advanced English (B2+ – C1). Timezone: Monday to Friday – PST. Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, or related fields preferred. Experience: 1–2 years in administrative roles, data management, or sales support preferred. Skills Fast and accurate data entry with attention to detail. Strong research, organizational, and follow-up skills. Basic CRM knowledge and spreadsheet proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets). Familiarity with data cleaning, import/export, and deduplication. Effective time management and multitasking ability. Characteristics: Curious, adaptable, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research potential distributors, importers, and partners in target markets; verify company background, market fit, and contact information; upload and maintain leads in CRM. Data Input and Maintenance: Enter and update information in CRM and spreadsheets; clean and standardize datasets; verify data accuracy. Data Quality Assurance: Perform data validation and integrity checks; identify and correct missing or inaccurate entries; flag discrepancies. Reporting and Analytics Support: Assist in preparing internal summary reports and dashboards; support creation of brand decks and market research briefs. Coordination and Administrative Tasks: Track invoice payments; organize files and shared documents; support data/document requests from sales team members. Software Familiarity CRM Systems: Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar Spreadsheets: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Databases: Airtable or similar Lead Generation Tools: Snov.io, Lusha, Apollo, Waalaxy Communication Tools: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet File Management: Dropbox, Google Drive Growth Opportunity This position offers the potential to grow into customer-facing roles such as Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Manager (BDM) for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and understanding of our sales processes.
