Job Description Customer Relationship & Business Expansion Identify and engage key decision-makers across industries and markets to uncover real customer needs. Build trust through consultative conversations, uncovering product and technology requirements to form actionable business opportunities. Expand existing customer relationships by enhancing service experiences and operational collaboration. Maintain regular contact with clients to stay informed on business plans, budgets, supplier status, and organizational changes. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders to secure long-term cooperation. Product & Technology Value Delivery Articulate the technical and business value of cloud products (e.g., Apsara Stack, AI/Intelligent Computing Services) in the context of the customer's industry. Independently present standard product solutions or collaborate with Solution Architects to tailor solutions to client needs. Clearly communicate competitive advantages and position offerings as the best-fit solutions. Sales Strategy & Opportunity Conversion Drive customer decisions through strategic engagement and resource coordination. Influence outcomes through effective communication and value demonstration, leading to successful deal closures. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product experience and solution delivery. Project & Business Support Offer full lifecycle support for customer projects, ensuring smooth implementation and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to promote rapid product iteration and alignment with customer goals. The Successful Applicant Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud computing, IT services, or software sales. Proven track record in enterprise account management, especially in public sector or large-scale clients. Strong ability to engage with CTOs and project leaders, influence decisions, and close complex deals. Deep understanding of digital transformation, technical trends, and solution development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to independently develop new channels and explore customer needs from multiple perspectives.
