Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and classify them into qualified prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone, email, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation efforts.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value of Enderun Extension’s programs.
  • Understand client goals, pain points, and training needs to customize solutions effectively.
  • Guide prospective students and corporate clients through the decision-making process with a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure win-win agreements.
  • Overcome objections and move prospects efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with both individual learners and corporate clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and program delivery.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
  • Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement of offerings and client support processes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any business course or a related degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or B2B sectors)

  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
Experience
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
