About the role Reporting to the General Manager, this exciting full-time Sales Supervisor role at DN BETTER EARTH NEW ENERGY CORPORATION' offers the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of Sales Engineers in our office located in Quezon City Metro Manila . As a key member of the Sales department, you will play a vital part in driving revenue and achieving ambitious sales targets for our innovative renewable energy solutions. What you’ll be doing Effectively supervise, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Sales Engineers to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement tailored training and development programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team Collaborate closely with the General Manager to devise and execute innovative sales strategies that capitalize on market opportunities and strengthen our competitive position Provide hands‑on support to the sales team, including conducting sales calls, demos and negotiations to secure new business Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline and forecasting to provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management Foster a positive, achievement‑oriented work culture that motivates the team to deliver outstanding customer service and grow our client base What we’re looking for Preferably graduate of BS Electrical Engineer or other related courses Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales supervision or management role, preferably within the renewable energy particularly on solar energy Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing high‑performing sales teams to consistently exceed sales targets Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to identify and implement data‑driven sales strategies Thorough understanding of sales process optimization, customer relationship management and performance management best practices Familiarity with the renewable energy market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents About us DN Better Earth New Energy Corporation, an affiliate member of the DN Group of Companies, is a dynamic and forward‑thinking company at the forefront of the renewable energy industry in the Philippines.
