Job Description We are looking for a Creative Supervisor who will lead the in-house creative team in producing high-impact visuals and marketing materials for campaigns, digital platforms, and retail promotions. The role requires both creative direction and hands‑on supervision to deliver outputs that reflect the company’s brand identity and support business objectives. Responsibilities Lead and supervise designers, writers, and video editors in producing marketing materials for print, digital, and retail use. Translate marketing briefs into effective creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand direction. Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all channels and materials. Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Trade teams in campaign planning and execution. Manage creative timelines, revisions, and approvals to meet project deadlines. Oversee creative asset management and ensure compliance with brand identity standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in creative direction, design supervision, or marketing content production. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling. Excellent leadership, organization, and project management skills.
