Role Description
We are seeking a confident, results-driven Corporate Sales Supervisor to lead our Sales Team at our Quezon City office. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a high-performance environment.
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives, driving account acquisition, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall business growth. The role involves direct client interaction, field sales activities, team coaching, and performance monitoring to meet company sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Achievement
• Present and upsell all Metalink products and services to current and prospective clients.
• Drive and manage the sales team to meet and exceed individual and group sales targets.
• Identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads from field activity and referrals.
Account Acquisition
• Conduct field sales activities, including client visits and product presentations.
• Engage with key stakeholders such as architects, designers, and brokers to generate leads.
• Invite clients for presentations and develop effective sales materials.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and regularly update sales collateral.
Customer Concerns
• Resolve client complaints or concerns within 24 hours in coordination with Managers and
relevant departments.
Reporting
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on field activities, account status, and
sales performance.
• Present KPIs, concerns, and sales updates during monthly Mancom meetings.
• Submit monthly performance review forms of Sales Representatives to the HR Department.
Leadership
• Supervise all activities and performance of the Corporate Sales Team.
• Conduct coaching sessions and implement quarterly training plans.
• Enforce company policies and uphold high standards of professionalism.
• Carry out monthly performance reviews and monitor team compliance with sales strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on corporate or institutional accounts in
construction, architectural design, or related industries.
• Strong network and connections with Architects, Engineers, or Interior Designers.
• Aggressive in account acquisition and market penetration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and work on-site, including Saturdays (twice a month).
