MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for anHR Specialist The HR Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth and effective HR operations for a specific business unit. This includes handling key areas such as employee performance, compliance with labor laws, and engagement initiatives to help maintain a healthy work environment.They work closely with operations leaders to implement HR strategies that support business goals, promote employee well-being, and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.Work Arrangement : Nightshift, 6:00PM - 3:00AM; Office-based SetupOffice Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, CebuResponsibilities : Provide comprehensive, end-to-end HR support across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee movement, and separation processes Own and optimize attendance monitoring and performance tracking, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to key stakeholders Lead resolution of employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance handling, in accordance with company policy and labor laws Draft and issue legally compliant notices for disciplinary cases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with DOLE standards Manage DOLE transactions and ensure proper documentation and compliance in cases involving labor concerns or employee terminations Support the administration of compensation and benefits by ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and timely processing Drive employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives to promote a positive and productive workplace culture Act as a strategic HR partner to operations managers by advising on organizational structure, workforce planning, and leadership transitions Ensure complete, organized, and compliant employee documentation and HR records Collaborate with HR leadership to continuously improve HR processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and labor regulations Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology (preferably Industrial-Organizational), or any related field Non-negotiable: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the following: Employee relations case handling Drafting disciplinary and legal notices Managing DOLE transactions and compliance Onboarding and offboarding of employees Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) Strong conflict resolution, case management, and employee relations expertise Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills Proven experience engaging with international stakeholders, facilitating coaching sessions, investigations, or meetings Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP) : Monthly salary of 31,000 + performance incentives New hire bonus of 5,000 Monthly Pro Rated Risk allowance of 2,000 Perks and other benefits : Paid Training Period Paid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time off Robust and effective Government Benefits Administration Lactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms) Discounted optical services with our partner clinic Free lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for on site employees) Free Health insurance with one (1) free dependent Free Life insurance Free Accident insurance Relocation allowance for new hires (from Outside Cebu) Company-sponsored outings Interest-based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga) International travel opportunities (India and US office) Our Recruitment Process : Candidate Application Form General Assessment Phone Screening Technical Interview (Virtual) Reference Check Job Offer Training Disclaimer for salary ranges: Salary ranges may not be applicable to all.
