Overview

Kenvue is recruiting for a Team Lead - Fixed Assets. Role reports to Manager, Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting. Location: Asia Pacific, Philippines, National Capital, Paranaque. Work Location: Hybrid.

What You Will Do
  • Essential Supervisory Functions: Performs supervisory duties such as performance evaluation, talent development, succession planning, disciplinary actions, etc.; cultivate growth through the development of high potential employees; evaluate, coach, reward, recognize employees and celebrate successes; handle conflict and counsel employees that require disciplinary actions.
  • Other Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate Fixed Assets processing, accounting, and reporting, operating within the Company’s guidelines; ensure the company’s fixed assets are properly maintained for corporate and tax books, including capitalization, disposals, and transfers; monitor completion of period-end closings, including FA to GL reconciliation and account analysis; identify and manage the implementation of process improvements and efficiencies, while maintaining strong internal controls.
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.
  • Must be a team player with drive, ambition, a positive attitude, and businesslike conduct.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership by example and remain calm under pressure.
  • Possess analytical / problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate financial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks without supervision.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize and follow-through.
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to maintain high degree of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the department.
