Recruitment Team Lead (with Data Analytics Background)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Team Lead with a strong background in data analytics to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, optimizing hiring strategies, and leveraging data insights to drive decision-making, improve hiring processes, and enhance recruitment performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and recommend process improvements.
  • Create regular dashboards and reports for senior management with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
  • Implement ATS optimization and other recruitment technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to track and report on recruitment performance.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in tech or high-volume hiring environments
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and workforce planning
