In the Sales Team Lead role, you will be responsible for your own team in driving the company\'s revenue growth, managing a team of Business Consultants, understanding SME owners\' requirements, and conducting product demonstrations through pricing negotiations.

You don\'t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry. The role is challenging, fast-paced, and on the bleeding edge—but we are looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

What you will do
  • Lead the Philippines Sales Team and coach them in their respective fields: Sales Coordinator, Business Consultant
  • Liaise with upper management to ensure sales targets are met
  • Analyse current marketplace and provide feedback to leadership on the market and competitors
  • Train Philippines Sales Team on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge
  • Responsible for KPIs and goals of the team
  • Support country recruitment strategy through sourcing/interviewing screened candidates, providing localised expertise to the recruitment team
  • Curate and communicate country-specific product and pricing feedback and opportunities
  • Align country activities with other functions (product, marketing, sales)
  • Develop new business opportunities with potential distribution channels and partnerships
  • Build company brand and market awareness in the Philippines
  • Represent StoreHub by managing and monitoring brand activity in the country and at local events
How you will need to be
  • A BIG passion for helping small business
  • At least 5 years of Outside Sales experience
  • At least 3 years of experience managing or leading a Sales team
  • Excellent people skills and ability to present and explain StoreHub\'s products
  • Ability to create outbound solution messaging in written and verbal form
  • Solid knowledge in customer orientation, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and collaborate with colleagues to deliver solutions
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, especially on technical aspects
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Initiative on projects, seeking alternate solutions when necessary
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Knowledge and experience in SaaS technology
