Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing profitable projects, and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities- Develop business marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, or industries.
- Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through calls, emails, and networking.
- Attend industry events and conferences to connect with potential clients.
- Qualify leads, set meetings, and present company offerings.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotes to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet company targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (construction industry experience is preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage leads, and meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Can start immediately is preferred.
