NOC Engineer

Job Description Part of an international technical project team and will be mainly responsible for understanding customer requirements and finish the network design (LLD/DD), project delivery, Network migration and etc. Coordinate with internal and/or partner for delivering GSM/UMTS/LTE/OSS projects to customer, covering the solution validation, installations, acceptance and handover. Deal with complex network issues raised by customer, analyze and locate root cause, then provide solution Qualifications At least with 4years Bachelor graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or related courses At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications industry specializing in wireless Network, OSS and RF. Rich work experience with the following technologies/protocols: GSM, UMTS, LTE, IPRAN, RF, Antenna etc. Knowledge/experience of site solution and design and material management would be an advantage. Proficient in both written and oral English GSM Network Architecture and Protocol UMTS Network Architecture and Protocol LTE Network Architecture and Protocol Knowledge in IP/datacomm will be an added advantage Microsoft Office Skills/Computer Skills Basic Network Troubleshooting Customer Relation/Presentation Skills Salary Salary offer will be determined based on the applicant’s current or previous compensation.
