Responsibilities
- Manage and organize project documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Assist with preparing bid proposals, contracts, and permits.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and site visits for the team.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications related to projects.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and construction materials.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Track project timelines and assist with meeting deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining required documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within construction or related industries.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, project management tools).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
