Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Administrative Officer

Responsibilities
  • Office Management
    • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Communication
    • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

  • Data Management
    • Input, update, and retrieve data from systems or databases.
    • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Support for Teams
    • Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
    • Provide administrative support for projects and events.
    • Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • Financial Assistance
    • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash.
    • Assist in budget tracking and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Compliance and Records

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience (or entry-level for junior roles).
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
