OverviewJob Title: Administrative Assistant / Administrative Officer
Responsibilities- Office Management
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Communication
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Data Management
- Input, update, and retrieve data from systems or databases.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Support for Teams

- Financial Assistance
- Process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash.
- Assist in budget tracking and reconciliation of accounts.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience (or entry-level for junior roles).
- Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
