Job Description
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments; coordinating with LGUs and clients; managing and organizing field work related documents; managing organizational spending and budgets as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in CSR works such as volunteerism, charity fundraising, or related corporate foundation/NGO activities; experience in sales/marketing from CSR is an advantage.
  • Willingness to perform field work; ability to plan and organize projects; versatility and flexibility with changing priorities; Enthusiasm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exposure in organizing community/outreach programs, sponsorship events, research or similar initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace); ability to work with multiple departments and teams.
