Marketing & Admin Support Coordinator - Part-time

Our client is dedicated to promoting mental well-being through compassionate care, community engagement, and innovative support services.

Our client is seeking a seasoned, confident, and highly skilled individual to join their team as a Marketing & Admin Support Coordinator to help them grow their impact and streamline their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Outreach (Primary Focus)
  • Develop and manage referral partnerships with community organizations, clinics, and wellness providers.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages/comments.
  • Design marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns that promote mental health awareness and highlight our services.
  • Seek and coordinate collaborative opportunities (events, interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements).
  • Manage guest appearances on social media platforms.
  • Research and pursue mental health speaking engagements across various organizations and companies.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional and social media use.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed.

Administrative Support (Backup Role):

  • Schedule client appointments and coordinate calendars.
  • Process self-pay transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with documentation related to doctor's orders and follow-ups.
  • Provide general administrative support to clinical and operations teams.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing, outreach, or social media management.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling tools (experience with EMR systems is a plus).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background or strong interest in mental health, wellness, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and analytics.
  • Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps).
  • Experience coordinating events, partnerships, and public-facing initiatives.
