Responsibilities Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations. Planning, evaluating and monitoring of Job results. Coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. Developing personal growth opportunities. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps process, observing control points monitoring personnel and resources. Developing reporting procedures system, facilitating corrections and malfunctions within process control points. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel accomplish work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, reporting results of processing flow on shift production summaries Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standard Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources. Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures. Resolves personnel problem by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommendation actions Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Other tasks may apply according to Operations Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree of Human Resources, Psychology or any related field. At least 6 months to 1 year experience as HR Staff. Willing to be assign at Plaridel Bulacan. With good communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
