Responsibilities

  • Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations. Planning, evaluating and monitoring of Job results. Coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. Developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Maintains work flow by monitoring steps process, observing control points monitoring personnel and resources. Developing reporting procedures system, facilitating corrections and malfunctions within process control points.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel accomplish work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, reporting results of processing flow on shift production summaries
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standard
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources. Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Resolves personnel problem by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommendation actions
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other tasks may apply according to Operations Manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree of Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience as HR Staff.
  • Willing to be assign at Plaridel Bulacan.
  • With good communication skills.
