About The Role As the Admin & Operations Coordinator , your primary focus will be to support the day-to-day operations of the agency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring internal systems are consistent and up-to-date, reporting is accurate, and workflows are running smoothly. This is a highly operational role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare weekly client reports Compile weekly employee time tracking and capacity reports Support monthly reporting for clients and leadership Conduct daily timesheet compliance checks across the team Perform system audits for accuracy (e.g., task categorisation in Wrike) Assist with client and employee onboarding processes Track and update team leave and availability Maintain organised internal files, folders, and creative assets Update and manage team templates across platforms Competencies And Qualifications Must-Have Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, tracking) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisation and time management skills Proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude Nice-to-Have Familiarity with Wrike or other project management tools Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment Comfort working with reporting or operational dashboards Key Qualities Detail-oriented and structured in your work Able to stay on top of recurring tasks with consistency Proactive in identifying inefficiencies or missing data Strong communicator and team collaborator Comfortable learning new tools and systems What We Offer 100% Remote Work 13th Month Pay Healthcare (HMO) Comprehensive Fringe Benefits package Paid Service Incentive Lead (SIL) Paid Philippines Holidays Free Learning and Development Programs Application Process We understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
