Your key responsibilities: Build Strategic Healthcare Relationships: Engage hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to uncover sales opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth. Leverage Customer Insights: Understand client pain points and processes, maintain a robust CRM database, and tailor solutions to meet healthcare needs. Deliver Impactful Communication: Present products effectively, simplify complex information, and ensure timely, clear messaging across multiple channels. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure inclusive decision‑making for stronger client engagement. What you will bring to the team: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of successful experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales. Strong grasp of healthcare systems and regulations, with the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills are essential for engaging stakeholders and identifying sales opportunities. Proficiency in CRM tools, a results‑driven mindset, and the flexibility to travel are key to managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
