We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support professional to join our team supporting our Travel and Hospitality account. This is a full-time role based in our Taguig City office, with weekends off. As a Customer Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and resolving enquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or management when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates
  • Contribute to process improvements and implementation of new initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
