Lhoopa Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Pag-Ibig Acquisition Associate Job summary: The Pag-Ibig Acquisition Associate is responsible for monitoring, checking, and following up the documentation and status of housing units under Pag-IBIG projects. The role ensures that units scheduled for validation by third-party representatives are properly prepared, monitors occupancy situations, coordinates negotiation updates (Save-a-Home program or move-out of illegal occupants), and provides accurate status reports to management. Responsibilities Monitor and follow up on the status of housing units scheduled for site visits and validation by third parties for Pag-IBIG properties, ensuring all requirements are prepared ahead of time. Verify, monitor and document the actual occupancy of units, including whether the unit is vacant, occupied, or illegally occupied, and maintain updated records of these findings. Track, record, and update the status of negotiations with occupants, whether for Save-a-Home arrangements, voluntary move-out, or legal resolution, ensuring proper documentation of outcomes. Coordinate closely with internal departments (Legal, Documentation, Finance, and Technical), as well as external parties such as Pag-IBIG, third-party validators, and contractors, to align schedules, requirements, and compliance needs. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of all documents related to unit validation, occupancy monitoring, and negotiation results, in line with company and Pag-IBIG requirements. Maintain systematic and well-organized files (both physical and electronic) of unit monitoring reports, validation activities, occupancy updates, and negotiation records for proper reference and audit. Conduct regular follow-ups with Pag-IBIG representatives, third-party validators, and internal stakeholders to prevent delays in the validation process and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports for management on unit validation status, occupancy conditions, and negotiation progress, highlighting risks, delays, and recommended actions. Escalate critical issues, unresolved occupancy concerns, or risks of non-compliance to the Project Head or Documentation Manager to ensure timely decision-making and resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Preferably with experience in property documentation, housing projects, or real estate coordination (experience with Pag-IBIG projects is an advantage). Knowledge of housing validation processes and occupancy/negotiation procedures. Strong monitoring, follow-up, and coordination skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
