Job Overview:

MCR Industries is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR and Administrative Associate

to support daily operations across both human resources and general administration. This is a full-time, on-site role for a 4-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Tasks

  • Government-Mandated Benefits:
  • Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including
  • enrollment, remittance of contributions, and claims processing.
  • Ensures the timely facilitation and processing of employees' applications for
  • government loans and benefit claims.

Payroll:

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll (timekeeping) for employees and
  • Ensuring correct computation of salaries, overtime, and deductions.
  • Monitor and update all payroll deductions
  • Prepare and distribute pay slips
  • Address payroll-related concerns and adjustments

Employee Relations:

  • Issue and serve Notices to Explain (NTEs) and assist in scheduling administrative
  • hearings
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation of disciplinary
  • actions

Records Management:

  • Organize and maintain 201 files and other employee records
  • Ensure all HR documents are securely filed, updated, and easily accessibleCompensation and Benefits:

o Oversee the enrollment, updating, and termination of employee HMO benefits.

o Ensuring that employees' HMO premiums are paid on time and that their

coverage is active

Administrative Tasks

 Utility Staff Supervision:

o Oversee daily tasks and scheduling of company utility staff

o Ensure proper maintenance of office cleanliness and support functions

 Document Tracking and Processing:

o Keep track of and manage administrative records such as business permits, car

registrations, and other company documents

o Coordinate with external agencies or suppliers as needed for timely renewals and

submissions

 General Office Support:

o Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

o Assist in procurement of office supplies and other resources

o Help organize company events or internal activities when required

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business

Administration, or any related field

 At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles

 Familiarity with government benefit processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and payroll

systems

 Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

 Reliable, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with integrity

Employment Terms:

 Type: Full-time, On-site

 Contract Duration: 6 months

 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm), Saturdays (8am-1pm)
