Client Communication Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions. Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign strategies, progress, and results. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Team Coordination Collaborate with internal teams, including content strategy and influencer management, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Facilitate cross‑departmental communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Reporting & Analysis Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment. Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Creative problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
