Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for supporting, or leading if needed, project teams and all activities in the project lifecycle including project planning, time and resource management, change, risk, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities Ensure that project is delivered within agreed scope and approved schedule and budget. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM processes and tools. Comply with established project methodology and approach. Communicates project status, progress, issues/risks for escalation to the stakeholders. Monitoring and resolution of project issues and mitigation of risks. Manages the project team members, ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the various phases of the project. Lead and coach project team members in technical/non-technical aspects to ensure that they can complete project tasks and deliverables. Determine metrics to properly reflect progress and on time monitoring of the project. Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Knowledgeable with Project Management. Experienced with Agile Methodology Experienced with SDLC Strong communication Leadership Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability Strong process orientation and enforcement Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management Stakeholder management Experience Required: Project Management (at least with 3 full cycle implementation experience); at least 3 years of relative experience. We also accept Jr. PM (1-2 years of experience) Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science-related courses.
