Set-up and Location: WFH/Onsite Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) | 7:00AM to 4:00PM (PH) Employment Type: Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? We seek a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital platforms, focusing on social media, SEO, and content creation. The role involves managing and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement while leveraging data-driven insights to drive performance. This position is critical for achieving measurable marketing outcomes and fostering audience growth. What You'll Do: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email, and search engines. Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites to support marketing objectives. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. Moderate online communities and manage social media interactions to maintain brand consistency. Set up and track advertising campaigns, ensuring budget efficiency and goal alignment. Stay updated on digital marketing trends to recommend innovative strategies. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content. Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize campaign performance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
