About the role As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You’ll Do Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders; estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs; use systems to manage and track completion. Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently. Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations; report violations to Management.
