Key Responsibilities

  1. General Maintenance and Repairs

  2. Perform minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works (e.g., lighting replacement, faucet repair, wall touch-up, door and hinge adjustment, ceiling tile replacement).

  3. Conduct preventive maintenance activities in line with the club's maintenance schedule.

  4. Respond promptly to work orders raised through the Orbit4 ticketing system or other internal platforms.

  5. Coordinate with vendors or specialists for escalated repair works beyond minor scope.

  6. HVAC Filter Cleaning and Basic Maintenance

  7. Conduct regular cleaning and replacement of air-conditioning filters.

  8. Perform visual inspection of AC units to identify leaks, noise, or operational abnormalities.

  9. Log all HVAC filter cleaning activities and report findings to the Facilities Manager.

  10. Safety, Quality, and Compliance

  11. Ensure all maintenance works are performed in a safe and compliant manner, following Anytime Fitness standards.

  12. Report any safety hazards or facility risks to the Facilities Manager immediately.

  13. Maintain housekeeping and tool accountability after every task.

  14. Documentation and Reporting

  15. Update job completion records and maintenance logs in Orbit4.

  16. Support the Facilities Manager in documenting recurring issues and recommending corrective actions.

  17. Submit daily or weekly accomplishment reports as required.

  18. Support Activities

  19. Assist during club fit-out, refresh, or renovation projects as directed.

  20. Provide technical support for equipment installation or relocation when needed.

  21. Ensure proper use of materials and monitor consumables for replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Vocational or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance Technology.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance or multi-trade repair.

  • Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting across multiple trades.

  • Ability to interpret simple technical drawings and manuals.

  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedules.

  • TESDA certification (NC II or equivalent) is an advantage.
