About the Role As a CBRE Multi‑skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems, supporting occupants and ensuring the facility runs safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently. Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Report violations to management. About You Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering. NCII Certificate required. At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC). Leadership and management experience. Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays. Can start ASAP. So, What’s in It for You? Annual merit increase.
