About the Role As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, responsible for supporting preventive maintenance, repairs and system support. What You’ll Do Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently. Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations and report violations to Management. About You Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Graduate in Facilities Management or Engineering. NCII Certificate required. At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC). Leadership and management experience. Amendable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, including weekends/holidays. Can start ASAP.
