Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities :
- Working knowledge of different HR facets to support Operations on day to day HR queries including compensation and benefits and employee relations
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance to partners in operation and other support departments
- Build a strong working relationship with program and support department employees
- Assist with employee relations issues and address grievances
- Drive initiatives that improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention
- Propose company-wide activities to improve engagement
- Communicate company-wide activities to ensure well attended events
- Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Coordinate with support groups on Benefits-related needs
- Conduct weekly meetings with partner units
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs
Qualifications :
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management preferred
- Experience in Strategic HR Business Partnering preferred
- Excellent conceptual and presentation skills and decision making ability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
Salary : Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule : 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay : 13th month salary
Location/Relocation : Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education : Bachelor’s (preferred)
Experience : Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)
