Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Working knowledge of different HR facets to support Operations on day to day HR queries including compensation and benefits and employee relations
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance to partners in operation and other support departments
  • Build a strong working relationship with program and support department employees
  • Assist with employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Drive initiatives that improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention
  • Propose company-wide activities to improve engagement
  • Communicate company-wide activities to ensure well attended events
  • Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Coordinate with support groups on Benefits-related needs
  • Conduct weekly meetings with partner units
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management preferred
  • Experience in Strategic HR Business Partnering preferred
  • Excellent conceptual and presentation skills and decision making ability
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)

Salary : Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay : 13th month salary

Location/Relocation : Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education : Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience : Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)

Main Tasks :

  • Implements HR programs across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, records management, relations and retention
  • Develops HR solutions from information analysis and action recommendations
