Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Account Executive will be responsible for finding and developing new clients , managing existing accounts, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure project success. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and a good understanding of glass and aluminum systems. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and developers. Coordinate with design, estimating, and project teams to prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and submissions. Attend pre-bid meetings and assist in preparing bidding documents when necessary. Maintain working knowledge of PCAB licensing , project eligibility, and bidding compliance to support client discussions. Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and ensure smooth project handovers and after-sales follow-up. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential sales opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, client updates, and project forecasts . Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and trade events to promote products and services. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture , or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years experience as an Account Executive, Sales Officer, or Business Development professional in the glass, aluminum, or construction industry. Proven ability to generate new clients and close business deals . Knowledge of PCAB licensing , construction bidding , and project documentation is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong technical understanding of glass and aluminum systems preferred. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
