Strategic Sourcing ManagerAbout this position:
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will play a critical role in driving profitable business growth by proactively identifying, developing, and managing relationships with suppliers and partners. This individual will lead the sourcing of external products and services, conduct negotiations, manage acquisition processes, and ensure high performance while minimizing supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Source to Agreement process: assess business requirements, prepare and execute RFx processes, evaluate and select suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions.
- Implement and manage supplier agreements while ensuring smooth transitions to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team.
- Maintain 100% compliance with Ericsson's sourcing processes, governance, and follow-up requirements.
- Drive performance improvement across supplier base via supplier relationship management.
- Monitor and mitigate supplier-related risks.
- Provide market insights and leverage them in sourcing strategies.
- Fulfill additional sourcing responsibilities as required by the business.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

- Experience in the Hospitality/BPO/HR Shared services organizations would be a plus
