Overview
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple business units and geographies. This role combines expertise in candidate generation, employer branding, and recruitment campaign management to build strong talent pipelines that align with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities- Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, talent communities, and direct sourcing).
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with TA leaders and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and align sourcing priorities.
- Utilize data and market insights to recommend sourcing strategies that enhance talent quality and reduce time-to-fill.
- Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to promote Lean Solutions Group as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Communications teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives across social media, job platforms, and employee referral programs.
- Manage candidate engagement campaigns (email, social media, and events) to increase awareness and drive applications.
- Track ROI of marketing efforts and adjust campaigns to improve reach and conversion.
- Operational Leadership
- Supervise sourcing staff and recruitment marketing staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Leverage ATS and CRM tools to optimize pipeline management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy, and labor regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a sourcing or recruitment marketing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Jobstreet, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing employer branding/recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in candidate sourcing strategies and digital recruitment marketing; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; creativity and innovation in building talent pipelines and employer brand presence; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics tools.
