The Role We are thrilled to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our Crescendo team and make a significant difference As a Technical Support Specialist II , you will play a crucial role in our business's growth by helping us achieve our goals of supporting our partners. In your role, you will be responsible for completing a daily back‑office task queue. You will collaborate with Crescendo's leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure the completion of tasks related to load calculations and permit processing of EV charger installations. This role involves ensuring you uphold high-quality performance standards with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a background in the electrical or energy sector, and experience working in a multi-channel environment. Our Crescendo team comprises talented and passionate individuals. What You’ll Do Process electrical load calculations and build wire runs for EV charger installations and other home electrification projects. Coordinate inspection scheduling and inspection requirement gathering for various cities/counties. Prepare permit applications for all Treehouse deals. Follow up on permit completion and use critical thinking to determine the best next step in the permitting process. Complete ad hoc projects related to the four above tasks as needed and capacity allows. What We Expect From You You possess 2+ years of experience in a BPO role, preferably in technology, energy, or a related industry. Proficient in using blueprint and drafting software such as AutoCAD and Figma to interpret, edit, and collaborate on technical designs and user interface layouts with cross-functional teams. Created and regularly updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current workflows, improve efficiency, and support consistent team execution. You are detail‑oriented and a self‑starter who can solve problems independently or with others. You can effectively multitask while ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely task resolution. Proactive communication with partners in client‑facing roles, ensuring alignment on expectations, providing timely updates, and building strong, trust‑based relationships. You have prior experience or a strong interest in home electrification and are eager to deepen your knowledge and grow into an electrical expert. You are comfortable calling cities and counties to collect information and coordinate inspections. You have worked with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) Strong English proficiency (speaking and writing).
