Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist II POSITION: Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist II ITEM NUMBER: TESDAB-TESDS FORMER INCUMBENT: N/A OFFICE: District Office - NCR MuntiParLasTaPat SALARY: SG-16 Php 43,560.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00 Responsibilities Conduct orientation/briefing to applicant institution Check completeness of documents submitted Review/Evaluate application documents for program registration as to completeness and accuracy based on operating procedures Verify authenticity of the submitted corporate documents (for all program registration application) Gather Technical Experts' and Ocular Inspection team evaluation reports and analysis Conduct site inspection using the checklist provided in the program registration application and the corresponding forms Prepare Inspection Report/ Recommendation to the Provincial Director for review and approval Release the CTPR and Letter of Denial for the non‑compliant application and the approved documents to the applicant Institution Update monitoring report on program registration through google sheets. Input information in the T2MIS Conduct post‑orientation to newly registered TVIs Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: 1 Year Relevant Experience Training: 4 Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility Special Qualifications Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing Advance computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, and use of Internet and online applications Monitoring and Evaluation Skills Research and Development Skills Skills in Networking and Linkaging Working knowledge of MS Office Applications Good interpersonal working relationship in a team environment Conflict Management Skills Adheres to professional work ethics Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision Application Documents Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport‑size picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) Work Experience Sheet (attachment to CSC Form 212, Revised 2017) Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies or Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e‑mail address): Subordinate (if applicable) Client/Stakeholder (if applicable) Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma Certified true copy of Eligibility “TESDA, as an Equal Opportunity agency, encourages a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
