What You’ll Do Provide post‑sale technical support to customers and partners. Assess, document, and communicate resolution plans for reported customer issues. Investigate and reproduce case scenarios to understand root causes. Deliver clear customer responses and document corrective actions. What You’ll Need 1–2 years of professional experience as a technical support agent or equivalent. In‑depth knowledge of IT and system administration, networking, and security concepts. Experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, relational databases, and SQL. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Self‑motivated, trustworthy, and reliable with strong accountability and ownership. Ability to work in a diverse, international customer and team environment.
