Building Administration Officer

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Process and monitor licenses, permits, and other government-related documentation to ensure compliance. Ensure adherence to building regulations and safety standards, coordinating with relevant agencies when necessary. Building & Facility Maintenance Oversee building inspections and schedule preventive maintenance to prevent costly repairs and ensure operational efficiency. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, including maintenance and repair contractors, security services, and cleaning companies. Tenant Management & Relations Manage tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns. Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures for tenants, ensuring a smooth transition and proper documentation. Monitoring & Reporting Prepare reports on occupancy rates, tenant concerns, maintenance activities, and budget allocations for management review. Emergency Preparedness & Response Respond to emergency situations such as power outages, floods, or other incidents, coordinating appropriate actions to minimize damage or disruption. Qualifications Graduate of Business Administration or any related course. At least 2 years of work experience in building administration or a related field. Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
