Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff or executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure records are accurate and accessible.
- Assist in coordinating events, travel arrangements, and logistics for the office or department.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and organized.
- Greet visitors and clients, providing them with a professional and friendly experience.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Support financial operations by processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
