Assist in coordinating events, travel arrangements, and logistics for the office or department. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and organized. Greet visitors and clients, providing them with a professional and friendly experience. Perform data entry tasks, maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of information. Support financial operations by processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records. Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
