Candidate Requirements
  • Possess at least a bachelor's or collegiate degree in Human Resource Management / Accounting Graduate or equivalent
  • People-oriented and result-driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processes company payroll every pay period
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Computes employee take-home pay based on time records and handles mandatory benefits
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
  • Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures, identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Handles final inventory result and identify employee discrepancies/variances
  • Honors confidentiality of employees' pay records
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes
  • Prepares employees payslip in a timely manner
  • Other HR administrative work as directed by the HR Manager
  • Willing to be assigned at our office in President Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque
