HR Compensation and Benefits Officer

Job Description
Half of the work days are expected to be work from home
Candidate Requirements- Possess at least a bachelor's or collegiate degree in Human Resource Management / Accounting Graduate or equivalent
 - People-oriented and result-driven
 - Knowledge of HR systems
 
- Processes company payroll every pay period
 - Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
 - Computes employee take-home pay based on time records and handles mandatory benefits
 - Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
 - Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
 - Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
 - Adheres to payroll policies and procedures, identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
 - Handles final inventory result and identify employee discrepancies/variances
 - Honors confidentiality of employees' pay records
 - Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes
 - Prepares employees payslip in a timely manner
 - Other HR administrative work as directed by the HR Manager
 - Willing to be assigned at our office in President Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque
