We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to help drive growth and expand our market reach. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a strategic mindset and a passion for sales and business growth. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and tailor solutions to client needs. Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth. Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and ensure accurate sales reporting. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Salary: Php 30,000 - 40,000 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
