The Marketing Assistant is responsible for managing company website, help desk, and social media accounts, produce marketing materials, market research, monitors the consigned products, perform product and client survey, and conduct events and talks, monitors market and competitors’ price. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management or any marketing related course. English Proficiency MS Office Application Proficiency Basic knowledge in web lay-out and designing Familiar with sales and marketing procedures Honest, responsible, resourceful, hardworking, and can multi-task & organize work independently. Have a working knowledge of office equipment, materials, supplies, practices, methods, hazard, and safety precautions used and found in and around work area. Creates, edits, reproduce and files marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogs, newsletters, etc.; Manages the company website and social media accounts, including but not limited to regular posting of online contents and answer queries received online; Manages and facilitates the We Care Help Desk. Ensure that all complaints from the clients are properly and timely addressed; Performs market research studies and client research regularly to stay up to date on the changing market behavior and culture; Develops and executes marketing campaigns for products and services offered by the company like the events or talks; Applies marketing analytical techniques and create reports on marketing performance and forward to Sales and Marketing Department Head; Organizes and attends to promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and facilitate their success; Assist in producing, editing, assembling, printing and filing of proposals, contracts, and bidding documents; Assist sales team on establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new sales account and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts; Monitors the whole sales area or product line (Diagnostics and Pharmaceutical) and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Department Head to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives; Monitors inventory, consignment and other pharmaceutical and diagnostic products throughout the designated areas; Monitors the near expiry products and make promotional activities to avoid spoilage; Conducts product survey and make recommendation to improve the sales performance and products; Conducts client survey to determine the sales specialist’s performance; Monitors current market and competitors’ price; Follow all company policies and procedures; Do other related tasks as directed by the Sales and Marketing Department Head and the General Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
