About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in Iloilo City. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative and clerical assistance to our managers and staff. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and prioritise a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  2. Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and manage calendars for our managers
  3. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  5. Contribute to the maintenance of our office systems and procedures
  6. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
  6. A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
