Role Overview:

As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll be the steward of our brand story. You'll lead the creation of compelling campaigns, manage media relations, and craft narratives that reflect the soul of our property. From digital storytelling to exclusive event promotion, you'll ensure our hotel remains top-of-mind for luxury travelers seeking authenticity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand standards and business goals
  • Oversee public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and influencer partnerships
  • Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure consistency and innovation in messaging.
  • Promote signature experiences, seasonal offers, and cultural events unique to the property.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Build relationships with media, tourism boards, and local cultural institutions.
  • Uphold the visual and editorial integrity of all guest-facing communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand communications, or at least 3 years of working with marketing & brand communications in a supervisory/ managerial capacity.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a refined tone
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with high-end brand positioning and guest engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with elegance and precision
  • Passion for travel, culture, and luxury lifestyle
