We're looking for a dynamic Revenue Manager to lead our pricing and inventory strategy, optimize revenue streams, and elevate our hotel's financial performance.

Role Overview:

As Revenue Manager, you'll be at the heart of our commercial success — analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and crafting pricing strategies that maximize profitability without compromising guest satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure our rooms are not just filled, but filled smartly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies across all segments
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions, and booking patterns
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting efforts with precision and insight
  • Drive performance through data analytics and revenue management systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align pricing with brand positioning

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years proven experience in hotel revenue management or pricing strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in RMS/PMS tools
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic market
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
